RHS 2008 Grad, Personal Trainer, Dan Spano Dies at 30

A 2008 Ridgefield High School grad who played football while at RHS, died on Saturday. He was 30 years old and battling COVID-19.

The NewsTimes reported that his sister told them he was “perfectly healthy” and had had no underlying conditions.

Dan most recently held the position of owner and head personal trainer at GYMGUYZ of Fairfield County. According to the company website, before signing on as the first GYMGUYZ franchise, Dan earned a BS from COsatal Carolina with a degree in Sport Management.
