Community Name Change - Prospect Woods (formerly Quail Ridge II)

Prospect Woods Condominium Association, Inc. is pleased to announce a name change for our Community, located at 120 Prospect St., Ridgefield, CT.

Effective immediately, Quail Ridge II has been renamed Prospect Woods.

Our new name is reflective of our unique location as a secluded hillside retreat, yet just a short walk to downtown Ridgefield.
