The same three guys who brought Ridgefield Prime and Prime Burger to Ridgefield opened Prime Taco at 32 Danbury Road on November 11, 2017. Just short of three years later, we have learned that the Mexican eatery will close, effective today, Thursday, August 27.
During their time in businesses, owners Ed Bistany, Anthony Valente, and Bob Sperry have not only provided the community with amazing food and service, but they have supported many of our nonprofits with generous donations. Thank you to the Prime Taco team.
The past several months have been extremely challenging for small businesses, especially restaurants. Please support local as much as you can! Shop in our stores, order take out dinner or lunch from our restaurants (or dine-in or under a tent). They need us! Small businesses matter (a lot).
Prime Taco shared the following message on their Facebook Page:
We have prided ourselves in serving this unbelievably supportive community in Ridgefield for almost three years. Serving up the highest quality product and customer service to you all has brought our owners and staff such gratitude beyond anything we could have imagined.
We will truly miss those smiling faces that counted on us for lunch, dinner, take-home taco kits, and more. Thank you for welcoming our family into yours. We have loved every moment of it.
We hope to see you at our other Prime locations soon.
