JoyRide Ridgefield Closes Permanently, Announces JoyRideGO Streaming App

JoyRide in Ridgefield has announced that they have made the tough decision to consolidate their resources and permanently close their location at 62 Danbury Road. The pandemic has been extremely difficult for our small businesses. Please support them in whatever way you are able.

In a note to the JoyRide Ridgefield clients, they said, This is heartbreaking for us and our Ridgefield riders and staff. However, in order for the JoyRide brand to survive this pandemic, we must consolidate our resources. We simply can’t maintain the overhead of a studio that is unable to operate with more than six bikes."

If you are a JoyRide Ridgefield spinner, you can use your remaining credits at any other JoyRide location. Credits are non-refundable, and not studio-specific, JoyRide says. Locations include Westport, Darien (pop up) and New Haven. Click here to learn more.

As a BIG thank you for your understanding and kindness, JoyRide is offering all active Ridgefield customers (Active = customers who visited our Ridgefield studio January - March 2020) free access to the new JoyRideGO digital streaming app through 2/15/21. "By Wednesday 12/16, you'll receive an email from JoyRideGO inviting you to create an account in the MyWellness Platform," they say.
