With the assistance of the Ridgefield High School Interact Club members Abby Sutcliffe, Skylar Arent, Lakshmi Kanumuri, Evan Coles, Kate Dougherty, Aurore Msays, Cass Arent, and Ashleigh Prisco, Ridgefield Commission on Aging spread some love to our senior community members.
Senior residents at Ballard Green, Congregate Housing, and Halpin Lane Apartments received a Valentine's Day bag of "local" goodies including chocolates from Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe, a shopping list pad from Squashes, lip balm and hand lotion from Bissell Pharmacy, and a cookie from Elizabella’s.
The Ridgefield High School Interact Club, the youth arm of the Rotary Club, conducts events with Interact Club board members from across the state, supporting a plethora of different causes.
