Broadway is BACK! Wicked (the musical) opens tomorrow night and Ridgefield is Wicked GOOD
Stephen Schwartz (of Ridgefield) is Wicked’s composer and lyricist, the show is musically directed by Dan Micciche (of Ridgefield), and Sam Gravitte (of Ridgefield) plays the part of Fiyero. Also noteworthy, Ridgefielder Kristin McNamara, baker extraordinaire, created sweet treats for the cast party.
Ridgefield's own is once again the Musical Director of Wicked (the musical). Dan Micciche will take his baton to the orchestra when Wicked re-opens on Broadway tomorrow evening, Tuesday, September 14.
Micciche took over this position from another incredibly talented Ridgefield resident, ACT of CT’s Music Supervisor, Bryan Perri (who left Wicked to open his new Broadway show Jagged Little Pill).
