Michael W. Coughlin, 59, of Ridgefield, died on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. He was the husband of Lisa (Macrae) Coughlin.
Michael was born in Port Jefferson, NY on September 20, 1962; a son of the late William and Margaret (Kearney) Coughlin. He grew up in Shoreham-Wading River, NY and attended the University at Buffalo where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
A resident of Ridgefield since 1998, Michael was a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley. In his spare time, he enjoyed golf and skiing. He was an active member of the Ridgefield Golf Course and the Pleasantview Pool Association.
Michael is survived by his wife of 27 years, Lisa, and their three daughters; Starr, Sloan, and Shea. In addition, Michael is survived by two sisters; Maggie Bangston and her husband, Kevin, and Noreen Cutshall and her husband, Norm as well as his brother-in-law, Michael Macrae and his wife, Stephanie; niece, Paige and nephew, James.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kane Funeral Home; 25 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Saint Elizabeth Seton Church; 520 Ridgebury Road, Ridgefield.
Interment will take place privately.
