
Ridgefield, Connecticut – Local Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Advisor Lisa Cerbone Montalto recently earned recognition on the Forbes 2022 “America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State” list.
As the leader and founder of MDCL Group in Ridgefield, Lisa joined Merrill Lynch in 1999 after leading the largest internal medicine group in Connecticut as Executive Director. Using her experience in healthcare policy, public health, and financial planning, Lisa leads her team and works with families focusing on the unique needs of healthcare professionals.
An active member of her community and advocate for social-based efforts, Lisa is deeply committed to providing financial literacy opportunities to improve economic empowerment. She enjoys volunteering with Yale New Haven Health’s H.O.P.E. project and represented Bank of America on a pilot healthcare workforce development program for workers in the state who were displaced by the coronavirus. Lisa is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and their Connecticut chapter.
Lisa graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in government and earned her Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health Department. A mother of three, Lisa resides in Brookfield with her husband and Merrill partner.
