Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco Superiore N/V
This sparkler is a must for your holiday table. The Rustico Prosecco is a bright straw-colored sparkling wine with flavors of lemon, citrus, apricot and peach. This light-bodied dry Prosecco is loaded with lots of tiny bubbles.
Perfect to start your feast as it pairs with appetizers, shrimp, triple cremes and cured meats. It’s also the perfect palate cleanser to finish the meal.
Klinker Brick Bricks and Roses Rose 2022
This wine is from Central California in Lodi and comes from 6 Generations of sustainable and “Certified Green" grape farming. The 2022 growing season began with ideal weather conditions turning to a warm summer that created the perfect small clusters of grapes with beautifully concentrated fruit. Bricks and Roses is an expression of a Provence-style Rosé, pale pink in color and showing a light and delicate expression of the fruit on the palate. It is floral on the nose with strawberry, guava and a hint of grapefruit leaving you with a crisp clean finish and we just love it!
The grape blend is Grenache, Mouvedre, Syrah and Carignane all of which are grown solely for this Rose. A perfect blend for this wonderful rosé
Illahe Willamette Pinot Noir 2021
Illahe is what “Organic” inspires to be. They try to make wine as naturally as possible and we love it! No additives or enzymes and it is made entirely by hand with no machinery or electricity. They still rely on an old wooden basket press and draft horses to plow, mow and deliver the grapes from the vineyard.
They are so contentious that they use dry agriculture and responsible water practices too.
This is a classic Willamette Valley Pinot Noir delivering a light to medium-bodied, yet dry wine with cherry and red berry flavors followed by earth, tobacco and a light leathery finish. It is low oak and shows mild tannins. Roasts, ham and especially lamb will love this Pinot. Your meal will be even better with this Illahe Pinot Noir on your Table.
