Cinco de Mayo came early in Ridgefield five years ago on April 26 with the opening of Baja Cocina, located at 424 Main Street in downtown Ridgefield. 

Owned by the one and only Larry Debany, at the helm of the Baja Cocina are Chef George and Chef Gloria who can be found behind the counter with their team, cooking, preparing, and delivering fresh cuisine to locals hungry for the authentic taste of Mexico.
