Memorial gathering for Robbie Frey, manager of The Groom Room in Ridgefield

 

Robbie Frey of Danbury CT unexpectedly passed away on August 19, 2023.

Born on October 13, 1993 to parents Richard Frey Sr and Denise DiMauro, Robbie had a beautiful gift of making people feel loved and welcome no matter where he was. His love for dogs was immense and he made the best career out of it. His kind and thoughtful soul will be missed by the many lives he has touched.

Robbie leaves behind his mother Dee and his sister Cathryn Frey of Ansonia CT, his grandmother Phyllis DiMauro and aunt Chris (Rick) Alcutt of Shelton, CT and many cousins. He was predeceased by his father Richard Frey Sr., brother Richard Frey Jr., and grandmother Lucille White. His family takes solace knowing that they are all together again. His spirit will live on through organ donation and in all the lives of his friends and family here on earth.

A memorial gathering will be held at Green Funeral Home 57 Main St Danbury CT on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm for family and friends to gather and celebrate his life. A prayer service will take place at 7:00pm.

Please come dressed casually because Robbie was not the suit-and-tie type of guy.
