UPDATE - 4:15 pm -All roads are now open except Great Pond Rd, which is one-lane traffic only. The current number of residents without power is down to 2. Please continue to assume that all downed wires are live and report them to the Police Dept.

Ridgefield currently has 550 residents without power. The largest outage (384) is in the Limestone Road area involving a main power line. Trucks are currently onsite and once repairs are complete, approximately 350-400 residents in the Limestone area will regain power. We are continuing to monitor and work with Eversource on power restoration however due to high winds, repairs are challenging. 

The Highway Department is working at 13 different locations involving downed trees and limbs and the Police Department is monitoring downed wires. As a reminder, residents are advised to assume that all downed wires are live and to report them to the PD 203-438-6531. If you are without power, please call 1. 800-286-2000 and report your outage to Eversource.

Stonecrest Rd in the area of #105.

Ridgebury Rd between George Washington Hwy & Neds Mountain Rd

Old Branchville Rd in the area of #220
