Nikki Nuut Named Executive Director of Founders Hall

Founders Hall is thrilled to announce Nikki Nuut as its new Executive Director. Nikki brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a proven track record of fostering community and enhancing member experiences to her new role.

For the past three years, Nikki has served as the Social Events and Volunteer Manager at Founders Hall. During her tenure, she introduced initiatives like “Founders Fridays,” broadening the appeal of social events, and launched quarterly Happy Hours, which have significantly enriched member engagement. These programs have created new opportunities for connection, joy, and belonging among the Founders Hall community.

Reflecting on her vision for Founders Hall, Nikki shared, “I want Ridgefield to be as proud to have Founders Hall in its community as we are to be a part of it. The meaningful connections, learning, and growth we cultivate here are inspiring, and I am excited to extend our reach beyond the walls of our building.”

Nikki and her family moved to Ridgefield four years ago from Queens, NY. From the moment they arrived, they fell in love with the town's charm and close-knit community. With two children in the public schools, Nikki credits Founders Hall with helping her build deep roots quickly and meet incredible local residents.

Her professional background is both diverse and impressive. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Boston College and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Brooklyn College. She has worked as a middle and high school math teacher, chef, and video production professional. This unique blend of skills, coupled with her collaborative approach, equips Nikki to lead Founders Hall into an exciting new chapter while continuing its mission of enriching the lives of Ridgefield’s 60+ community.

Under Nikki’s leadership, Founders Hall remains committed to being a hub for learning, wellness, creativity, and connection, providing unparalleled opportunities to grow, thrive, and connect.
