Plank Ridgefield Opens to Public on October 29th

Linda Murphy will open the doors to Plank Ridgefield with a special ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:00a on Tuesday, October 29th. Plank is a 2,000-square-foot wellness hub located on historic Main Street. The newly renovated studio, housed in the former Squash's location, is poised to become Ridgefield’s go-to destination for fitness enthusiasts and families alike.
Plank Ridgefield offers a comprehensive fitness experience, including a children's play area, a café/lounge featuring delicious organic foods, juices, and coffee, and a retail section stocked with popular athleisure brands like Lululemon, Beyond Yoga, Splits59 and FP Movement.
“I wanted to create a space where people can work out, grab a healthy snack, and shop for their favorite fitness gear—all under one roof,” said Murphy. “Plank Ridgefield is a place where the community can come together to plank, plié, and play.”
The expanded studio space will feature a wide variety of classes, including Power Flow Yoga, Pilates, Pound, Barre and Triple Fusion, offered seven days a week. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a novice at pilates, there’s a class for everyone. Childcare services will be available during designated hours, allowing parents to enjoy a worry-free workout. Class schedules, pricing, instructors' bios and photos, can be found on PlankRidgefield.com. Download the Plank Studios app on the App store and on Google Play.
