The Town of Ridgefield Inland Wetlands Board will hold a special meeting this Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 43 Danbury Road to review the Red Rooster Apartments application. This site walk is open to the public and begins at 8:30am.
From the Town records, we know that property owner Ljatif Ramadami and applicant Peter Olsen propose a 20-unit multifamily development designed by Seventy 2 Architects of Danbury. The site, free of wetlands, will be evaluated for compliance with local environmental regulations.
In addition, the applicant projects the work to begin in spring 2025, with engineering by Benjamin V. Doto III and soil analysis by James M. McManus.
