RHS Steven Hergenrother runs a US #1 time in 1000m at the BU Valentine Invite

Ridgefield High School superstar athlete Steven Hergenrother crushed it today at the 2024 BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University Track & Tennis Center. 

John Goetz posted on Twitter @johnwgoetz “Ridgefield’s Steven Hergenrother runs a US #1 time of 2:23.88 in the 1000m at the BU Valentine Invite, crushing Kristian Sogaard’s school record of 2:29.87 and Henry Wynne’s state record of 2:25.55!”

Hergenrother will continue his track and field career at Princeton University.
