Frozen Foot Challenge Prepares for 7th Year of Streakers
Ridgefield, CT, December 2023 - The 7th Annual Frozen Feet Challenge presented by Ridgefield Running, Darien Running, and Nike begins on New Year's Day. Participants of The Frozen Feet Challenge (FFC) must walk or run at least one mile every day outside for six weeks. Over 1200 people are expected to register for the 2024 event, with finishers completing their Final Mile on February 12th. Participants can register as an individual or team, and registration is no charge.
