Ridgefield Police report that on October 10, the Department arrested 44-year-old David Peasley of Daisy Lane on an active warrant. He is charged with Harmful Communication with a Minor, Risk of Injury to a Child and Possessing Child Pornography
Capt Jeff Raines said Mr. Peasley was processed at Headquarters and was issued a $250,000 bond. Peasley could not post his bond and was held at the Ridgefield Police Department. He appeared at Danbury Superior Court yesterday.
