Ridgefield Stop & Shop employees "always ready with a smile" to support MOW!

Did you know? Ridgefield's own local Stop & Shop employees are wonderful supporters of Meals on Wheels (MOW).

MOW says, "They go above and beyond to help Operations Manager Joni Karsh with her weekly shopping."

This photo shows Shazim, the produce manager. "He ensures our beautiful fruit bowls are ready for pickup. He is always ready with a smile to help fulfill special orders of produce, and even recently got us 20 pounds of escarole on his day off!" MOW explains.

Thank you to Shazim and team for supporting MOW and helping so many our neighbors in need of nourishing meals. And, a huge thank you to the many MOW volunteers who prepared and delivered 53,000 meals last year! Wow!
