Ridgefield's Ross Bakery Expands, Appoints Chief Operating Partner

Ross Artisanal Bakery & Cafe, nestled in The Marketplace of Ridgefield, is proud to announce its forthcoming expansion, marking an exciting chapter in its evolution. Alongside this expansion comes the appointment of Mr. Ian Lewis to the role of Chief Operating Partner.

With an increasing demand for its delectable offerings, and the recent introduction of Premium Catering Services, Ross is expanding its footprint within The Marketplace to accommodate enhanced production capacity and additional outdoor seating.

Mr. Ian Lewis, an accomplished culinary professional with an illustrious career spanning both sides of the Atlantic, has assumed the role of Culinary Executive and Chief Operating Partner. Hailing from Merseyside, England, Lewis commenced his professional career at The Savoy Hotel, London, before gracing the kitchens of several three Michelin-starred establishments. Upon his relocation to New York his expertise was further honed as the Executive Pastry Chef at locations such as Relais & Chateau properties, Lake Placid Lodge, and Point Resort, and Citibank Executive Dining Services. Amongst others, Lewis’s professional food service management includes Senior Director of Operations for Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events (USE).

Expressing his enthusiasm for this new venture, Lewis stated, "It has been my dream to be in this kind of entrepreneurial role, and I am thrilled to be leading the future growth of Ross." He currently resides in Ridgefield with his wife and two children.

The expansion and the installation of Mr. Ian Lewis as Chief Operating Partner mark significant milestones for Ross Artisanal Bakery & Cafe, further solidifying its commitment to culinary excellence and community enrichment.
