
Children in Grades K-2 are invited to the Ridgefield Library on Saturday, October 26th at 11:00 AM for a free yoga and stretching class. We’ll get active with some dancing and games before a mindful cooldown. Participants will learn breathing techniques to bring them to a calm and soothing state. Bring your favorite teddy or stuffed animal to practice the yoga poses with!
Bringing your own mat or towel is encouraged, though we will have extras for anyone who needs them. Please register.
