Why did you start your business?
I had a vision of providing delicious, premium quality bagels to the community in a way that hadn't been done here before and building that into a business in and around the community.
What is your best selling product/service?
Everything Bagels, Plain Bagels, and seasonal cream cheeses

Yes, what started out as an online weekend pop-up has now grown into a physical storefront to open all week!
Fletch’s Bagels & Cafe will soon open at 91 Danbury Road. For now, get your bagel fix by pre-ordering https://fletchsbagels.com/ for Saturday and/or Sunday Pickup 9am - 11am at Ridgefield Prime- 113 Danbury Rd, Ridgefield.
