Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

Why did you start your business?
My business came from a passion for music and audio production and evolved into video production. When the opportunity arose to scale my video business to meet the needs of major companies and brands, I went for it and never looked back!
What is your best-selling product/service?
We help brands and organizations solve challenges such as reaching their target market, employee training, and communicating brand culture through the powerful medium of video.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We support our local eateries to take a break from a long edit day or entertain clients. There are too many to name but a few of our favorites are Bailey's Backyard, Luc's, The Cakebox, The Hideaway, 850 and Bobo's. After a full day of shooting video there's nowhere I'd rather relax than Susi Laura Massage Therapy. We often work out of the production studio at my own family's business The Enchanted Garden. Ridgefield Bicycle Company, Ridgefield Running Company, and Results Fitness help keep us buff and ready to make some videos!
Have you reimagined your small business?
When I began I thought of myself as a contractor who simply made the videos my clients requested. My focus has shifted to a more strategic and results-based approach. The videos I create are part of a larger strategy based on solving the clients' biggest challenges, and achieving their goals.
