
(Virtual) Art for Stress Relief at Somers Library
Tuesdays, October 18 & 25, November 1 & 15, 7 PM - 8:15 PM
Creating Art can be an incredible way to heal and destress. It is becoming a very effective personal wellness tool during these very challenging times. Working on art, while reducing stress and anxiety, will keep you feeling calm and centered.
Back by popular demand, these 4-week Art for Stress Relief Sessions will be presented by Anne Zimmerman, Westchester County artist, educator and therapeutic art coach.
Space is limited to 12 participants. The Somers Library will be supplying many of the materials needed for each class.
