The Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa has captured their company culture, The Journey in an impressive video, giving viewers an inside look at the Hotel’s Leadership Development Program, an essential component to the success of the rapidly growing Meyer Jabara Hotel brand.

In the video, Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa Associate David Rutstien is interviewed by the Hotel’s Guest Experience Manager, Joseph DeVita. “The video supports our company culture within Meyer Jabara Hotels that we are each ONE person accountable for ONE result and that we are all Living the Journey ONE interaction at a time,” explains Joe DeVita.

The Journey is a collection of the small actions and big strategies, the monumental decisions and the minute interactions which make up each day.
