Three questions with Peter Chichester, owner of Haute Healing Oasis.
Why did you start this business?
My wife Jessica and I are Stamford natives - born and raised. She is a school teacher at Cloonan Middle School and I am a career firefighter stationed just around the corner from Haute Healing Oasis. A few years ago I injured my back responding to a fire. During my rehabilitation, my doctor recommended using an infrared sauna to help with the inflammation and pain. After doing our own research, we purchased one for our home. I can honestly say the results have been fantastic. Not only did my back pain diminished, but we both have experienced rejuvenated hair and skin, lower blood pressures, better moods, lower stress levels as well as lots and lots of sweat, a.k.a toxins removed. We wanted to share this technology with others so that they could feel the same amazing benefits and get healthy naturally.
I wish we could have greater outreach and expose people to more natural holistic healing modalities like the infrared saunas and BEMER technologies which are giving our guests tremendous relief of chronic issues without the need for medicines or harmful side effects.
Best selling product or services?
I would say the infrared saunas are what we are known for. We created an entire experience from the custom built saunas to the signature private spa suites. You are enveloped in chromotherapy light treatment, solfeggio sound treatment and aromatherapy while absorbing the healing rays of the infrared saunas. It is truly a healing experience on every sensory level.
