Stamford Downtown, in conjunction with the City of Stamford, is continuing this exciting initiative designed to welcome visitors to dine at our restaurants and shop at our stores.
StrEATeries in Stamford Downtown, transforms parking spaces and streets into expanded space for walking and sitting/eating while maintaining social distancing and adhering to the state and local public health protocols.
Restaurant patios will extend to parking spaces on the following streets:
Bedford Street, Summer Street, Lower Summer Street, Atlantic Street, Bank Street and Main Street

The parking lot between Bedford and Forest streets will be closed for the season.

Main Street from Washington Blvd to Clark Street: Patios extended into parking spaces on South side of Main Street. Westbound lane remains open. No right turn from Washington Blvd. to Main Street heading East.

Bedford Street Piazza: a portion of the parking area adjacent to the Bedford Street Garage will be transformed into a massive outdoor dining patio.
When enjoying Downtown with family and friends, please respect posted guidelines, observe social distancing, and wear a mask at all times when you’re not seated and eating.
