Westport, CT - X.PO.ZUR Gallery of Westport will host the Official Opening Night Nov. 4th of a new solo exhibition, titled "Nature in Abstract" by local artist Sholeh Janati. The event includes a talk by the artist, describing the exhibit which features new pieces, all inspired by nature. Drinks and dinner will be served.
The event is Friday, November 3, 5:30 to 8:00 pm at X.PO.ZUR Gallery, 263 Riverside Avenue, Westport, CT

SHOLEH JANATI is an accomplished abstract artist, whose paintings have been featured in galleries and museums across the country and around the world. Sholeh’s most recent works have been purchased or displayed at the USTA Presidential Suite at the U.S. Open, Yale New Haven Medical Center Permanent Collection, Sacred Heart University, the Governor's Estate and the Stamford Mayor’s Gallery. Sholeh is also working with the acclaimed designer Taylor Spellman, co-star of Bravo’s Yours, Mine or Ours. Sholeh has studios in Stamford and Westport and is available on a limited basis for commissioned works for private collectors, corporate collections and interior designers.

MARK KRUEGER is the owner of X-po-zur Gallery and brings nearly five decades of art related experience to his most recent endeavor. His mission is to bring dedicated career artists, and art collectors of all levels, into far closer contact than the current gallery model encourages.
