If you’re still sorting out your Thanksgiving Day plans, one of Westport’s most atmospheric restaurants, Tavern on Main, is accepting reservations for seatings throughout the day beginning at 12 p.m. The fixed price menu includes three courses (appetizer, main course, and dessert) and is offered for $45. A children’s menu—including a super salad, entrée, and dessert—will also be available at $22.
With three brick fireplaces and dark wood accents, the dining room’s characteristic New England decor provides a cozy setting for enjoying a traditional turkey dinner. But if turkey and stuffing aren’t your favorites, entrée choices will also include filet mignon, duck, seafood stew, or salmon. On the menu for dessert are a Triple Layer Pumpkin Pie or an Upside-down Apple Cranberry Pie.
