Chocopologie is at it again with a chocolate themed five course dinner that is sure to tantalize your taste buds by combining flavors of sweet and savory. On Tuesday, April 24 at 7 p.m., Norwalk’s famed sweet shop will feature pairings like Smoked Tomato “Mole Style” Soup with Artisan Wheat Beer, Smoked Salt and Cocoa Dusted Duck Breast served with Malbec, Salmon PB & J with Pinot Noir, and more.
