Wilton High School Hockey Club to host holiday event celebrating Warrior Hockey

On Friday, November 29th, the Wilton Hockey community celebrates 42 years of Wilton High School Hockey. Past, present and future players take to the ice at the Winter Garden Arena in Ridgefield at 10:00 AM as the Wilton High School Hockey Club hosts Wilton Hockey Homecoming 2013. This family-friendly event features Wilton High School Hockey Alumni, the introduction of the 2013-2014 Varsity Team Prospects, and the Warriors of the Future—Wilton youth hockey players with dreams of one day skating for the high school team.

The 2013-2014 Warrior Varsity squad is coached by Brett Amero, assisted by WHS Alumnus Kyle Shouvlin and Kevin Turbert. For the 35th year, the Junior Varsity team will be coached by WHS Alumnus Paul Schluntz. The future Warrior players are Wilton boys and girls playing hockey in USA Hockey programs around Fairfield County.

Tickets for Wilton Hockey Homecoming 2013 are $5.00 for adults; students and children are $3.00. All proceeds benefit Wilton High School Hockey.
