Why did you start your business?
Our family comes from a long line of both restauranteurs and chefs; both in Italy - Sorrento, and here in the States - Manhattan, Danbury, CT and Katonah, NY. We started our business because we wanted to use our experience in the industry to bring our interpretation of authentic Italian cuisine to Wilton. Our restaurant is truly a family restaurant in every sense of the word, as everything is prepared and served by a first generation Italian family and a staff of employees that quickly has become our extended family. We use only truly fresh, organic and locally grown ingredients. Our goal is to blend innovation and tradition - with many of the same techniques our family has been using for generations, with an eye to modern sensibilities and requests. The restaurant industry is notoriously difficult and known for its low percentage of success, but our love for it and our role in the community keep us motivated to reach our goals as a small business.

Our Prix Fixe 3 course meals (Appetizer+Entree+Dessert) $20/Lunch (Tuesday’s - Friday’s 12 pm - 3 pm) $35/Dinner (Tuesday’s -Thursday’s from 5pm-10pm)
Also, we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate customers with all kinds of food allergies and intolerances. We offer many gluten free options on our menu, which even include some of our homemade desserts. Additionally, we are often are able to modify our dishes to our individual customers' needs if necessary.
