Yonkers police arrested several migrants on April 9th, 2024 at the Ramada Inn located in Yonkers at 125 Tuckahoe Road. Initially, several Westchester non profit groups assisted the migrants with their resettlement.
However, many of those migrants are voicing their dissatisfaction with the hotel conditions.

It remains unclear as to the reason for the arrests. However, an anonymous poster wrote the following:

· We continue being abused a 24 year old girl dragged the cops between 4 because we are all feeling abused and the boy was taken xk we are all demanding our right we are being humiliated x the characters of jobs here we want justice and the press wing do not listen to us x be migrants listen to us and watch this the end the video dond abuse the people who were taken prisoner"
