MODS STEMobile
Broward County Libraries regional and flagship locations will host Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS) Character Corners, Book Nooks, and STEMobile Outreach Programs.
The initiative will empower children to understand how their actions can address climate change, strengthen their communities, and build environmental stewardship in young learners. The interactive experiences will be uniquely tailored to each library branch and will feature a hands-on display, a curated book selection aligned with quarterly character-trait themes that are available for check-out, and monthly, 45-minute STEMobile outreach programs. The initiative specifically designed for early childhood audiences ages 2–6 is inspired by the new MODS exhibit “Building a Better World: The Future Begins with You”. Made possible by Lilly Endowment, Inc. A Service of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners
