Each week, students are guided through an imaginative journey inspired by a book, where movement, breath, and storytelling come together to bring the adventure to life. As the story unfolds, children explore yoga poses, expressive movement, and simple mindfulness practices that help them connect with their bodies, emotions, and imagination. Each session encourages creativity, emotional awareness, focus, and self-regulation in a calm yet engaging environment. With a new book introduced each season, Enriched Flow offers a meaningful and enriching experience that supports both physical movement and emotional growth—helping children feel grounded, confident, and inspired.
