Building on the Four Freedoms, this interactive workshop explores the personal and emotional dimensions of retirement. Facilitated by Dr. Agress, participants will use guided exercises, worksheets, best-practice principles, and shared storytelling to explore challenges such as leaving a career, redefining relevance, and discovering new sources of purpose and fulfillment.
