Monday October 5, Session 1 explores the impact of social isolation and loneliness. Monday October 12, Session 2 Practical techniques for navigating and overcoming barriers to social connection. Monday October 19, Session 3 Guides attendees in creating a personalized social connection plan. Registration is required.
