Tai Chi for Beginners - adults 18+
Join instructor Sabrina Zhang for weekly Tai Chi sessions designed to support balance, mobility, and overall, well‑being.
This gentle practice uses smooth, continuous movements paired with deep, steady breathing, making it accessible for all fitness level. Class offered 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month 4:30pm-5:30pm. Registration is required. This event is funded by Friends of Sunrise Dan Pearl Library. A service of Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
