Yoga For ALL - Free Bi-Monthly Yoga Sessions (Fall 2026 - Spring 2027)
Please join us for free bi-monthly yoga classes!
Grounded in breath (Pranayama) and accessible movement (Asana), with a healthy dose of meditation, this class is an opportunity to focus on the mind-body connection through a trauma-informed practice. Great for ALL bodies, ALL abilities, ALL levels. Beginners and practiced yogis welcome. Yoga mats and blocks are available as needed - just bring yourself!
Mark your calendars for the 2nd and 4th Mondays from January through April! This series is free and open to all FAU students, faculty, and staff, as well as non-FAU community members.
