
OPTIMUS Health Care kicks off the 6th Annual Connecticut Chef’s Challenge on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at an amazing new venue: Appliance and Electronics in Norwalk, Connecticut. The four-hour event starts at 5:00 p.m.
Ten of Connecticut's top chefs will battle to win this year’s Connecticut Chef’s Challenge Championship Title and to take home the championship belt, a cash prize of $1000, and a qualifying ticket to the 2016 World Food Competition in Orange, Alabama.
The Optimus Foundation is delighted to announce the Lincoln Culinary Institute will be a strategic partner in presenting this fun-filled, deliciously decadent evening.
Back by popular demand, Chef Plum of Plum Luv Foods, will serve as emcee. "We have some amazing chefs here in CT, and this event helps show everyone that you don't have to go all the way to NYC to experience great food from great chefs – we have it right here!” said Chef Plum. “I am truly humbled and excited to host this amazing event again for the wonderful people at Optimus Health Care. Each year the event gets bigger and better. These chefs really bring their best,” he adds.
