Tasty Tuesday Celebrates Health
Have you made a commitment to eating healthy this year? Have you been diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 or pre-Diabetes?
Well join us as we chat with the staff from Holy Cross Health - Community Health and Well-Being Team! They will teach us tricks and give us tips for healthy eating that will help us control blood sugar. Each month, they prepare a yummy recipe during the program, for us to sample, and we get to take home the recipe! One lucky attendee, who answers the quiz questions correctly, will receive a $25 gift card to be used to assist with your grocery needs! Sponsored by the Pompano Beach Friends of the Library! Registration is required! Register online or call to register at 954-357-8847 or 7649.
