Thankful Yoga Buddies
Uncover relaxation with an informal yoga session designed for kids! This event will provide the tools to relieve stress and express gratitude through breathing, stretching, and movement. Ages 4-13.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Also, feel free to bring a mat or a towel. Please only register the number of children participating in this activity.
